Processing stays in your browser. We neither transmit nor store your inputs.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose up to 10 still images totaling 20 MB, at most 10 MB and 20 megapixels each. HEIC and animation are unsupported.
  2. Order images with the move buttons, then choose A4 or image-sized pages. Each image becomes one page.
  3. Images become JPG with a white background and a maximum side of 2400 px, preserving aspect ratio without enlargement. This optimizes size; it is not lossless.
  4. Create the PDF, review file size and page count, then download. Verify the receiving organization’s requirements yourself.

A few useful answers

Will the text become searchable?

No. Images are placed in a PDF without OCR. Acceptance by a particular organization is not guaranteed.

Can you guarantee a particular file size?

No. Actual size is shown after creation. Compress images first if you need a smaller output; image dimensions and detail affect size.

Do files leave my device?

No. Files are read and processed in your browser. Names and contents are neither transmitted nor stored. Clearing cancels processing and removes the result.
