Residency, passport and travel date planner

Convert supplied expiry dates between Umm al-Qura and Gregorian, count days remaining and export calendar reminders without ID numbers.

Enter at least one date. Do not enter an Iqama or passport number. This calculates dates; it does not check document status or renewal grace periods.

Enter a date to see your plan.

Import the file into your calendar app and enable notifications yourself. Dabtt sends no reminders; alarm support varies by app. The calendar file contains your entered dates; share it only if you choose.

Plans around dates you enter; not a government lookup or proof of Iqama/visa validity. No grace period, fees or renewal eligibility are calculated.

How to use this tool

  1. Take expiry/deadline dates from your official records. Choose a calendar and enter one or more dates as YYYY-MM-DD, without names or document numbers.
  2. Uses the shared ICU 78.1 Umm al-Qura engine: 1300–1600 AH / 1882-11-12 to 2174-11-25. Civil dates have no time or sunset rollover.
  3. Compare against the reference date, defaulting to today in Riyadh. Day counts are arithmetic; passing a supplied date does not determine legal document status.
  4. Prepare/download ICS and import it into your calendar. It includes 30- and 7-day alarms where within the supported range; notification setup/support depends on your app. Dabtt sends no notification.

A few useful answers

Can I check Iqama status by number?

No. We do not connect to Absher/Muqeem, request Iqama numbers or confirm validity. Check official services, then plan around their supplied dates.

Will reminders work automatically?

Dabtt operates no notification service. Import the file and review your calendar settings. Alarms and past-date handling vary by app.

Are files or dates transmitted?

No. Processing happens in your browser without uploading or saved history. A download creates a local copy that you choose whether to share.
